One of the most busy places in London with massive range of services and facilities for passengers.Always enjoyed travelling through this international airport.

I’m not reviewing the people who work at the airport but how I have found the airport in comparison to other international airports. I think there is a distinct lack of conceptual design and too much commercial retail outlets. The brands maybe good but the place is too busy, too informal, too old. The refurbs are all covered and feel like a building site. I think there needs to be a rethink of the design and there could be more integration of art and culture. It’s too expensive and too old.

Now that 98% of flights into Heathrow have been cancelled and with one runway closed is it not a sign of contempt for the residents of London and the Home Counties that the airport management and various airlines, BA, Virgin etc. are still bringing in night-time flights from 04:30.There is absolutely no reason whatsoever for these flights now and an inquiry should be held into the decision-making process that allows airlines and the Airport to operate night flights when many daytime flights from the same originating airports have been cancelled.

One lady at the security check really hated her job, yelling at everyone and taking her sweet time going through the rejected bags, there ended up being a long line of bags for her to go through while all the other bag checks went smoothly and the staff were more friendly. When her managers came she was sweet and nice though the moment they left she threw all of my stuff busting my lotion all over my bag.

Departing T3 on QF10 service was Outstanding from JULIE? who helped us through every stage from checking in to bag drop, a really nice person!The staff at security were also friendly and helpful and all should be commended

A nice clean Airport. As for immigration, check in etc. I guess, it all depends on the Airline & their Staff... mood etc.as well as the rules n regulations. Most of them are good, professional & know their job well but... I guess, there's always that one person for someone or the other. A flight should b a pleasant experience for all😇🙂

I really liked this airport, my family who picked me up found me very easily, and all the staff were very friendly and approachable. The best airport I've been to ever.

I have flown many times from terminal 5. I enjoy roaming around, looking on the many shops, stocking up on book reading material, and other handy bits l forgot to bring with me. ✈ Good toilet facilities, lots of seating and places to charge up your phone or i pad. There is a great selection of places to eat if you get hungry. There is also prayer facilities of needed. 🙏

Lovely staff. Place was clean and great selection of foods. Feels like I'm in London Again.

Nice shops, high varieties of restaurants, clean. Could be all good, perfect airport even but their infrastructure is in lack at various places. The huge problem is that there aren't nearly enough sockets. There are these power stations, but only about 4 for a massive seat cluster where about 100 people can sit.

Was a pretty nice airport for the size that it is, employees were a little rude. But other than that it wasn't too bad. Little hard to navigate.

My favourite UK airport. Shuttle buses are accessible from a variety of locations. Traffic is better than any other airport. Good duty free shops and lots of relevant signage so you don’t get lost.

Most convenient airport to transit, best retail and F&B options. Great customer experience overall! There is a reason why it has been nominated best airport for x years on the row

Bit pricey (it's an airport!) but excellent service. Food good .

I don't know why I am reviewing the airport lol. It is exceptionally clean with top quality stores. The major downside is that it is quite expensive!

The airport customer service was cool. The charger ports where I was sitting didn’t work. The airport is big I flew into terminal 3 and I caught my Uber upstairs on the 3rd floor. I’ll try to snap more pictures. From NYC to London.

This is a review of terminal 3. Not so much an airport terminal and more a series of small, difficult to navigate, interconnected spaces with a plethora of cramped Aladdin's cave style shops. You do have to wonder if it was designed like this or just evolved in such a haphazard way. It gets two stars simply for performing it's function of being an airport but no other redeeming features.

Well managed airport, flights mostly departing and arriving on time - subject to weather conditions. Good parking facilities with excellent direct public transport connections into Paddington on the Heathrow Express service. Frequent and fast with good connections onwards. Airport terminals are easy to navigate with good signage - clean tidy, air conditioned. Good location and easy access from M3 M4 and M25.

Heathrow just awesome. From the moment i walked in very scared I was assisted from staff that work there backsides off to help us and even apologise because she had to ask me ti take my shoes off!

Very large airport. The most busiest in Europe! There are lots of staff around to assist you and the place is very organised to help you get to your flight on time. Lots of shops around selling food, stationary, clothing etc. This airport is a very good place to go in the UK to be watching jumbo aircraft such as the A380 or the Boeing 747. I recommend the car parks on floor 5 in terminal 5 or the car park around terminal 1 for the best photography locations. Terminal has self driving pods which allow quick transportation from Car Parks A and B to Terminal 5.

Good modern but busy airport. Good signs with occasional confusions (particularly if it's for transit), but staff are very nice and friendly with good banters.

Great place if you have time to explore and relax. Shopping and the lounges at T5 are a treat. Get over with the security as soon as possible - that is the most harrowing part depending on the time of the day... Clean airport - the best in the UK, if not the World.

It's one of the best airport in the world. Was pleasure to be there in transit a year back. Unfortunately my flight was delayed so good to see around the airport. In transit you need to recheck in your tickets and confirm the seat no. Mostly the working staff at the airport working were Asians. Most of them were very friendly. It could be a lot of walk at time From one transit point to other. So please plan in advance.

I had a fantastic experience at security at terminal 5 today. I was carrying a tool for work that in the eyes of the staff could be potentially used as a weapon, and I was a little surprised as it was fine travelling to England, but completely understood the hold up and the reason they wanted to take it off me. However, instead, great lengths were taken so that I was able to return to my hold luggage, put it in there, and then return to security. It would have been a lot easier for them to just take it, and this would've caused me quite a bit of inconvenience, as this tool is not commercially available for security reasons. So I am very grateful for this, thank you very much!

Amazing airport, clean and tidy terminals and facilities, great transport links. All round an awesome passenger experience!

READ THIS BEFORE GOING HERE. Coming from America, this is an excellent airport. Flights are on time most of the time and staff are friendly. Luggage arrive on time as far as my experiences go. A lot of unique food options (somethign for everyone). Lounges for business and first class are superb. The airport architecture is very cool and enjoyable (if you're not rushing to get to your flight). However, the airport is HUGE so you should walk around to familiarize yourself. Security checks are usually quick. There are entertainment options too for long waiting times. There are many GREAT STORES for clothing and such, but can get expensive quickly. Overall, great. Safe travels :)

Travelled few times via Heathrow airport to different countries and it's always been a good experience. Every thing works perfectly, especially Terminal 5 is really state of the art building.

A highly professional staff which is stern in the way of the instruction but also with a smile on the face.I found this combination very interesting and also very effective in getting the work done.Overall a very structured and well maintained airport.

I am reviewing the Heathrow international arrivals. Great airport, one of the best I passed through. Spotlesly clean (including bathrooms), modern, spacious, well lit, free charging points available, great coffee places. Thank you for a great experience. Keep it up!

I have used around 30 airports around the world in the past 5 years and undoubtedly Heathrow is one of the best airports in the world. Very professional staff, increasingly better use of technology in check in, passport checks, and border control. Always a pleasure to fly from here, particularly from Terminal 2.

All you can get here. London airport is one of the finest and enabled Transit center as well. Connectivity to many popular destinations around the world. Duty free, restaurants, spa, massage, liquor shop what not.

Check-in procedure, security check, and boarding process is fast and smooth. Sings and information boards are well designed so it's easy to navigate. There's some nice places to spend your time waiting, on the other hand almost all items (drinks, souvenirs) in shops are very much overpriced even in international airport standards.

I have to admit, I was dreading having to use Heathrow. What with everything that's going on I thought it would be chaos. But it was a great experience, really smooth and no delays. Pleasantly surprised!

Totally up to your expectations. It’s a huge one, with a great deal of stuff for everyone to do. Lot of food options of all kinds and coffee shops. The waiting area is very comfortable and spacious with almost all the facilities. There are multiple stories for travellers to buy stuff like electronics, edibles, SIM cards, drinks and books. The underground is directly linked to tube and rails, with customer support during the day and pay machines to get Oyster card for traveling in London. Bus station is located just outside the terminal 4 with schedule of all buses clearly displayed.

I am fine with the Finnair staff did not issue me the boarding pass today due to the visa regulations, but the so called “supervisor” in the check-in service was filled with superiority, impatience and snobbishness when talking to me. As a young Asian lady, I felt being disrespected and overlooked by him which I wonder how he earn respect with this kind of attitude. However, the Finnair customers service staff and other check-In staff I encountered today were friendly and helpful. I hope there are more staff like them in the company.

Very busy airport, I understand it. But staff could be a little bit nicer.

Lovely airport... Superb choice of shops... But why.. oh why do most food outlets do fries and burgers. A little more variety in food and drink would help... Weatherspoons the best for food and drink...

I like Heathrow airport it is one of my favourites, good variety of shops, good information system in place, very well connected, helpful staff.

I have only had good experiences here at Heathrow. Last traveled March 15, 2020 and everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. Lots of good places to eat and keep yourself entertained if you are here a while.
